The basics of using MpxHR.

This page is a plain-language template. Please have it reviewed by a legal adviser and update the company details before relying on it.

License

You receive a non-exclusive right to use MpxHR Enterprise under the plan stated on your license key (employee and company limits, and the expiry date for yearly plans). The software may not be copied, resold or reverse engineered, and license keys may not be shared outside your organisation.

Trial and view-only mode

The free trial lasts 14 days and up to 50 employees. When a license ends, the software becomes view-only: you can still view, print and export your data, but cannot add or change records until a valid key is entered.

Renewals and upgrades

Yearly plans are renewed, and limits are raised, with a new license key. Lifetime means the plan has no expiry date for the licensed version line and limits stated on the key.

Your data

Your data stays on your computer and remains yours. You are responsible for keeping backups.

Warranty

The software is provided as is. Statutory figures such as PF, ESI, TDS, Challan and Form 16 are computed for convenience and must be verified before filing.
