- Statutory & Bank files (Payroll tab): PF ECR text file for the EPFO portal, ESIC monthly sheet with the challan amount, a bank transfer file with the columns your bank wants, muster roll, wage register and employee register.
- Payroll approval: submit a month, the administrator approves and locks it; a locked month cannot be saved, generated or deleted until it is reopened with a reason. Every step is kept in a history.
- Audit Trail (Masters): who added, changed or deleted employees, salary, payroll, loans, leave, users and masters, with the old and new values.
- Biometric import (Attendance): eSSL / ZKTeco punch files (.dat, .txt, .csv, Excel) become Present / Half Day attendance with in and out times.
- Career & Increments (Masters): promotion, transfer and increment history, salary revision by percentage or new gross with arrears, printed letters, and bonus or arrears added to a month.
- Exit & Full and Final (Masters): clearance checklist, settlement with last salary, leave encashment, gratuity, notice recovery and loan balance, printed statement, experience and relieving letters.
- Appraisal (Performance): review cycles with self, manager and final ratings, the KPI score picked up by itself, increment slabs, and one click to turn finalized ratings into increments.
- KPIs can be filled automatically from attendance (Attendance %, present, absent, leave, half days, overtime).
- Payslips can be emailed as password protected PDFs (PAN, date of birth or employee code).
- Backup: an extra copy of every automatic backup in another folder, for example your Google Drive folder, with a Find Google Drive button.
- Word payslip is editable for every layout, including the ones you drew in the Payslip Designer (before, only the standard layout was).
- Payslip Preview has Edit text: change any text on the payslip, then Print, save as PDF or Word. The changes are only for that download; nothing is saved in the database.
- Payslip Total Days now shows every day of the month, so Holidays + Off Days + Paid Days + Absent add up to it (it showed 27 instead of 31 when weekly offs are left out of pay).
- Fixed: on payslips drawn in the Payslip Designer, Net Pay and In Words printed over the earnings table in the preview, PDF and Word.
- Org Chart (Dashboard tab): your people by branch, department and designation, with search and print.
- ID Cards (Documents tab): printable employee ID cards with photo, code, designation and blood group, 8 to a page.
- Dashboard shows birthdays and work anniversaries of the next 30 days.
- Update check: the program tells the administrator when a newer version is out and can download and start the installer for you (Settings > General > Updates).
- Employee form: Gender choices stay on one line and long designation names are no longer cut off.

- KPI Scorecard (new Performance tab): define KPIs with a target, weight and whether higher or lower is better, enter each employee's result every month, quarter or year, and see the weighted score, rating and history chart. Fill it from Excel (an entry sheet and import) or from a Google Sheet.
- SOP Library: write standard procedures with versions, review dates and a sign-off sheet that shows who has read the current version. Import SOPs and sign-offs from Excel, link the full document from Google Drive, print or save as PDF.
- Report Generator (Reports tab): pick the data, columns, filters, sorting, multi-level grouping (for example Branch, Department, Designation) and totals; save the format and export to Excel, CSV, PDF or print.
- Word payslip is now a real editable document: every name, number and line can be changed in Word. Payslips drawn in the Payslip Designer still go to Word as the same picture as the PDF.
- Payslip shows Branch above Location in preview, print, PDF and Word; Location shows only the employee Location field.
- Fixed: adding an employee failed on a brand-new database, and the Absent days card on Monthly Attendance always showed 0.

- Activity Log: every problem and every save, delete and login is written to a log with the time and the reason. Read it in Settings > Activity Log, search it, and copy lines to send to support.
- An unexpected error now shows a short notice and is saved in the log, instead of covering the whole window.
- The login page and the home (company) screen follow dark mode; the home screen has Logout and a light / dark switch; the loading screen uses the same colours as the application.
- Branch and Designation filters on Daily Attendance, Monthly Attendance and the Salary Sheet; the Branch filter is always visible on Payslips.
- Employee Code and Employee Name are separate columns on Employees, Attendance and the Salary Sheet.
- Word payslip is now a real .docx file that looks the same as the PDF, and payslips stay white even in dark mode.
- Payslip Location shows the employee Location field in every payslip (preview, PDF, Word, print).
- Dark mode fixes on Settings, Letters, Analytics and charts; confirm windows always show their buttons properly; the Recalculate button is hidden on the Salary Sheet.
- Contact number corrected to 7519024625.

- New look: a red and charcoal theme, like this website, across the whole application.
- Dark mode: switch from the top bar or Settings > General. Payslips and letters stay white for printing.
- Dropdowns are now searchable: type to search and pick in the same box.
- Redesigned Settings with a grouped menu, section cards and a Save button that stays in view; DB Viewer tidied up.
- Modern popups: success, warning and error messages in their own colours, long messages in a dialog, one look for every add / edit window.
- Search and sort on Departments, Designations, Branches, Categories, Companies, Salary Heads, User Deductions and Loans.

- New company-wise setting, salary on working days: the daily rate is salary / (days in the month - Sundays), and salary = daily rate x days worked. For example 31 days - 4 Sundays = 27, so 16,900 / 27 = 625.93 and 26 days worked pays 16,274. Applies to every proportionate salary head, in Net Pay and in the saved payroll.
- PF and ESI are now worked out only on the salary heads ticked for them in Masters > Salary Heads. This is now the same in the employee form, in offer letters, and in Net Pay after a bulk head edit or a typed gross. Before, some of these places took ESI on the full gross.
- ESI is deducted only while the ESI wage is within 21,000, in all these places.

- Payslips screen: search, advanced filter (status, department, position, branch, net pay range), sorting, pagination and summary cards.
- Download or email every selected payslip in one go. Earlier only the first 50 payslips were loaded, so only 50 could be selected, printed or downloaded.
- Bulk download as PDF, Word or both.
- New company-wise setting: salary on working days. Month days minus weekly offs (for example 31 - 4 = 27), so 3 absent days are paid 24 / 27. Pay days and total days follow the same numbers.
- The payslip earnings column that shows the standard amount is now labelled Fixed.

- Attendance Excel import, export and template now use one month-grid format (Sr. No., Name, days 1 to 31, IN / OUT rows, Summary No. of Days), so an exported sheet can be edited and imported back.
- The attendance import preview shows the grid with coloured P / AB / W/O cells, like the Excel sheet.
- Employees without a code are matched by name during attendance import.
- Payslip (preview, PDF and Word) no longer lists earning or deduction heads whose amount is zero.

- Fairer loss of pay: each unpaid day reduces proportionate salary heads, and the Fixed 26 / Fixed 30 basis no longer hides absences. Fixed-amount heads stay unchanged.
- Employees paid from a position salary now get PF and ESI too.
- The payslip can show the standard salary structure beside the earned amount (switch in Settings).
- If payroll cannot be generated for an employee, the reason is listed instead of the employee being left out silently.
- The Net Pay screen and the saved payroll now use the same loss-of-pay rule.
